Counseling or therapy?
‘Counselling’ is a term which denotes a form of guidance which is aimed at simpler situations and decisions. Guidance by way of counselling generally lasts for a shorter time.
‘Core Process therapy’ is a more intensive guidance for a prolonged time period and aims to nurture more profound understanding, insight and further personal development. It is not always clear at the start which type of guidance suits your situation best. Most of the time, it becomes clear during the first few talks.
